Since our post yesterday morning we have more than cleared the 100 camper mark! We are almost approaching the 150 camper mark and it's only been 24 hours. We can not emphasize enough how important it is that you send in your registration forms as soon as possible. Space is limited at Rotary Summer Literacy and we want to ensure all of you have the opportunity to attend camp so we can enjoy our summer with you!

We are pleased to announce that we are only a few confirmation emails away from having 100 confirmed campers for Rotary Summer Literacy 2014! It is only May 14th, so things are filling in quickly. Please, if you have not registered yet, do not hesitate to do so!

Leaders in Action (LIA) Registration Open!

Rotary Summer Literacy is pleased to announce that online registration for Leaders in Action is now available! 

This program is available for students in Grade 6 (entering Grade 7) to Grade 10. Each participant receives 2 hours of leadership training each day, and will receive a program certificate and reference letter upon completion of their two-week session. 

This is a great way for previous Rotary Summer Literacy campers to give back to their community and to continue to be involved with the program itself!

Registration Confirmation has Begun!

For those of you who have already submit your registration forms, be on the lookout for our confirmation email headed your way! We began sending out confirmation emails yesterday afternoon and will continue to do so as forms are received!

Entering JK? Come join us at camp this summer!

After receiving a few inquiries about the topic, Rotary Summer Literacy would like to invite all students entering JK in the fall to attend our program this summer! While our registration form indicates those students in grades K-5 may attend our program, those students entering JK are also more than welcome!

At Rotary Summer Literacy we seamlessly intertwine literacy activities with sports & games, arts & crafts, music, dance, drama and animation sessions in order to create a unique and fun learning experience to keep you thinking all summer long!

A Magical Summer Awaits at Rotary Summer Literacy

Have you ever thought about where you might run into prince charming, or a damsel in distress? How about a lively garden gnome, or a fire-breathing dragon? Rotary Summer Literacy will have all of these magical characters and more! 

In Session #2 (July 14th - July 18th) this summer we will ensure you receive your happily ever after, and read a great book (or two) while doing it! 

We will be reading and writing about mythical characters of the past, present, and future, and you might even make your wildest sports, arts, or dance dreams come true while doing it!
