Rotary Summer Literacy is up and running again for the 2014 summer season!
Please find attached the Rotary Summer Literacy Online and Hard-Copy Registration Forms and Welcome Letter!
Please take a moment to read through the welcome letter, then choose the registration method you prefer.
If you choose to fill out the online form simply click on the link, fill in the required fields and submit.
If you choose to fill out the hard-copy form first open the Google Document. Once open, click file and save to your computer. This will now allow you to type in the required information directly using your computer. Save this file again once complete and send it right back our way. You may either email the form back to us at rotarysummerlit@gmail.com or print and fax to Pauline Johnson Elementary at (905) 388-4447 and address to Mr. Blunsdon!
